On May 22, 2012, promotion meeting of working style rectification was held by Organization Department of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, which was followed by Chenzhou working style rectification comment & promotion and work-style rectification arrangement of the next stage.

It was required in the conference that to propel the rectification of working style was to consolidate the earlier stage work achievement and make it better. The working style should be further improved by holding the democratic life meeting as a turning point and guarantee for accomplishing the annual organization tasks.

The key points of the work were “three styles”: first, serious working style to enhance responsibility, accelerate work speed, and improve innovation capacity; second, strict discipline style to avoid mistakes and keep following the procedures of work; third, unified and lively style to keep conscientious, responsible, healthy , positive and pure.

The work of next stage will be focused on leaders and departments. Further supervision should be carried out to take the serious accountability for the cadres with severe working style problems and to propel the leading roles of cadres during the process. Meanwhile, different activities such as open selecting cadres from the national level, communication between cadres, training for young cadres, ect. should be launched quicky with the aim of improving the organization working satisfaction, propel primary-level organization construction year, and upgrade its construction image.

Deputy Director of Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee and Vice minister of Organization Department of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee- Xie Yuan’an was presented at the conference and delivered his speech.
